If TMAC cancels a class
Occasionally, we have to cancel a class. When this happens, we refund 100% of your tuition.
If you need to drop a class
If we receive your request to drop at least 7 days before the class is scheduled to begin, we will issue you a credit which can be used for a future class(or classes).
If we receive your request to drop less than 7 days before the class is scheduled to begin, we will not issue you a credit unless we can fill your spot.
Requests to drop that are made after the class has begun will receive no credit.
Our classes are for adults 18 years old and up. Kids aged 14-17 can participate in classes only if accompanied by a supervising adult who is also enrolled in the class.
Most classes are not suitable for kids under 14 years of age due to the height of the jewelry benches, as well as torches, chemicals, and tools, all of which can be difficult to use, some of which are sharp.
If you have questions about a suitable class for your child, please give us a call. Private lessons may be a good option.
